About us

We are a full-service architecture and design studio in Žilina, also providing engineering and real estate consultancy.

With our professional and creative approach we create valuable projects with regard to design, functionality and sustainability.

We guide our clients through the whole process of creating an architectural work, or through the sale and purchase of their future property, in a human, fair and professional way.

Combining construction, architecture, design and real estate has shown us how closely they are connected, which is the foundation of the broad range of services we offer.

Communication with the client, as well as cooperation within our team and with our subcontractors, is important and essential for us.

Our architecture is best characterised by Nordic conceptual simplicity and honesty of materials.

Last but not least, at our LIVING/PRO studio we place emphasis on the presentation and form of our work.
